The "yurt village" consists of three yurts - based on the Mongolian model for the Mediterranean region, constructed from canvas and luxuriously furnished. Each can accommodate two to three guests. A separate bathhouse with kitchen completes the complex.

The “Casa Blanca” – also located on the north-east side and directly on Calle Túnez – houses the 2nd conference room with an installation by Cologne artist Rune Mields – “The number systems of world cultures” and the TV or media room. It offers space for 12 people.
